Week 1: Coping Skills 101
We’ll start by exploring what coping skills are and why they matter. You’ll also learn how to recognize and name emotions - an important first step in taking control of how you respond to challenges.
Week 2: Breathe in, Stress out
This week focuses on breathing techniques and mindfulness tools you can use to stay calm, focused, and balanced even when life feels overwhelming.
Week 3: Take Action to Cope!
You’ll discover how to take positive steps when things get tough, like building healthy routines, making a plan, and doing activities that help you feel your best.
Week 4: Be Your Own Biggest Fan
Learn how to spot negative self-talk and flip it into something more helpful. This week is all about boosting confidence and building a strong, supportive inner voice.
Week 5: Attitude of Gratitude
Being thankful and imagining positive outcomes can seriously shift your mindset. You’ll practice gratitude and visualization strategies that help increase happiness and motivation.
Week 6: Connect to Cope
Strong relationships are key to coping. This week, you’ll build communication skills, learn how to support your friends, and reflect on all the tools you’ve collected in your emotional toolbox.
